Individual Subscription Agreement

This Individual Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you, the individual subscriber (“Subscriber”), and QCC GmbH (“Company”) for the subscription to the Cyber Economics Magazine (“Magazine”). By purchasing an individual subscription to the Magazine, Subscriber agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. Subscription License

1.1. Grant of License: Upon payment of the subscription fee, Subscriber is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Magazine for personal, non-commercial purposes. If not otherwise specified, the license is valid for 365 from the day of purchase.

1.2. Restrictions: Subscriber agrees that the license granted under this Agreement does not entitle them to share the Magazine or any of its contents with any other individuals or organizations. Subscriber shall not copy, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works of the Magazine.

1.3. Format: The Magazine may be accessed and downloaded as a PDF file or within the Company’s digital viewer as per the Company’s sole discretion.

2. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

2.1. Confidentiality: Subscriber acknowledges that the Magazine, including its content, design, and intellectual property, constitutes confidential and proprietary information of QCC GmbH. Subscriber shall treat the Magazine and its contents as confidential and shall take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or copying.

2.2. Intellectual Property: Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the Magazine and its contents are and shall remain the exclusive property of QCC GmbH.

3. Term and Termination

3.1. Term: This Agreement shall commence upon the subscription purchase and continue for the agreed  subscription period.

3.2. Termination: QCC GmbH reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the Subscriber’s access to the Magazine in the event of a breach of any provisions contained herein. Upon termination, Subscriber shall immediately cease all use of the Magazine and its contents.

3.3 Violation or sharing of this magazine or any of its contents with any organization or person without prior written consent from QCC GmbH is strictly prohibited. Any such violation or unauthorized distribution may result in legal action, including but not limited to a claim for damages, against the violator.

4. Liability and Indemnification

4.1. Limitation of Liability: The Magazine is provided on an “as-is” basis, and QCC GmbH makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Magazine’s accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability for any purpose. QCC GmbH shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Magazine.

4.2. Indemnification: Subscriber shall indemnify, defend, and hold QCC GmbH and its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, demands, suits, or actions, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with the Subscriber’s breach of this Agreement.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

5.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.

5.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany. Please read this Agreement carefully before purchasing an individual subscription to the Cyber Economics Magazine. By completing the subscription purchase, Subscriber agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined above.
